*Bad Reputation (Chapter 14)*

So I've been planning on updating for a while now, but I've been having the worst of luck lately. Some thing terrible happened to my laptop, the screen went black,so I'm gussing the light has burned out;) and it wont be fixed untill possibly next week so for now i'm stuck using my dads old computed which sucks because it runs extremely slow and always freezes up. Why do I have terrible luck with computers? But the worst of all is that my parent's almost called it quits after 20+ years, so thats been bugging me a lot lately as well, but enough about me.'

I kind of lied, I had intened on writing this chapter to begain the the drama between Alex, Tessa, Hayley and Josh; and for Zac to show up, but as you read this chapter I didn't quite go in that direction, but it'll defintly come in the next chapter. Hope you like it 8-) I have no idea why half words are small and the others are large?

Hayley and Josh waited paciently outside Jeremy's house after ringing the doorebell a few time, but no one answered, maybe it was because the music inside was way too loud. Hayley sighns as she dose the usual routine to get the Davis's attention.

"Hayles what the hell are you doing?" Josh questioned, and grabs Hayleys wrist as she began's to bang on the door.

"I't the only way to get their attention. Unless you have a better idea, and besides I do it all the time." Hayley explained.

"Wouldn't Jeremy's parent's be pissed that your banging on their door this late in the evening?"

"No, Jeremy's parent's are pretty cool, didn't you meet them when you audition for the band?" Hayley asked.

"No, they weren't here, and we were out in the garage the entire time anyways."Josh shrugs.

"Well don't worry they're really cool." Hayley says and begains to bang on the door once more." Josh chucked at how adorable she was, wondering how such a tiny person could cause such a commotion Then suddenly the door fly's open revealing a slightly tipsy older blonde woman; dressed in a short mid-thigh pink ruffled skirt, and a extra small white tank-top as if she was some adolescent sixteen year old girl.

"Wooow, it's my red headed home girl." The woman shouted in a loud drunkenly manner. Josh glances at Hayley confused.

"Hey Mrs.D." Hayley giggles as Jeremy's mother pulls her into a hug.

"Hey honey hows it going?" Hayley isn't able to answer, before Mrs.Davis turns her attention Josh. "Oh and who's this hot stud?" Mrs.Davis smile flirtashiously at Josh. Josh lets out a nervious laugh glancing at Hayley again still confused. He had never met any of his friends parents who acted the way Mrs. Davis did.

"This is Josh, my boyfriend," Hayley wraps her arm around Josh and leans her head on his chest, as he wraps his arm around her shoulder to hold her closley.

"You better keep a tight leash on him, don't want to have to snag him from you." Mr.Davis lets out an loud obnoxious laugh.

"Mom, stop harassing my friends. Come on guys." Jeremy interupts, finally inviting both Hayley and Josh inside.

"Jer, stop being a sour-puss, your mom's the is the coolest mom I know." Hayley smirks at Jeremy; knowing exacly how Jeremy felt about his friends encouraging his parents to act young and not their own age.

Jeremy was greatful that his parent's weren't stricted on him, and gave him and his sibiling all the freedom that they wanted, but somethimes it was just plain embarassing. Like the fact that his mother dresses in short skirts and small t-shirt's like his girlfriend, or when he would have a party and his father would hit on girls his age; but over all Jeremy would pick the freedom and embaressment, over the strictness anyday.

"Yeah Jerbear stop being a sour-puss, Hayley's my girl." Mrs.Davis smiles and walks off as her husban calls her name over the music.

"Jeez Jer thought we were having band practice, not a party?" Josh says it more as question, than a comment, as he glances around the crowded living room.

Jeremy chuckles."Nah, not much of party, just a few of my parent's old drunk friends." Jeremy says leading Josh and Hayley though the large living-room and upstairs to his bedroom, where the band had had been hanging for the past half hour after band practice had ended earlier.

"I can;'t believe that's his mom?" Josh whispers to Hayley.

Hayley smirks. "Yep, and thats Dr.D." Hayley pointed out the shirtless guy by the bar to Josh, just as they reached the stairs.

"Doctor?" Josh raised his eyebrow shocked, but continues to climb the stairs.

"He's a dintist."Hayley Whisperes, as they finally reached the top of the stairs.

"Where the hell have you two been?" Taylor shouts, not out of anger but over the loudness of the music as everyone else did.

"Yeah were the hell have you two been?" Jeremy finally asked closing the door behind him, to block out the loud music from down stairs.

Josh glances at Hayley. He and Hayley had nothing to hide, but would their friends believe that they had simply overslept? Of course they wouldn't. "We overslept." Josh simply says, because it was the truth.

Jeremy,Taylor,Sabrina, and Kat all burst into a fit of laughter after a few seconds. "What?" Hayley asked.

"You two want us to seriously believe that all you did was oversleep. Taylor asked in disbelief Both Josh and Hayley honestly nodded.

"For five hours?" Taylor added raising his eyesbrows still in disbelief of what his friends were saying.

"Just drop it Tay, because it dosen't really matter if you believe us or not, we know exaclly what we did, and that was sleep." Hayley grasps Josh's hand, and pulls him over to Jeremy's desk, were Josh takes a seat in the only chair avalible, before pulling Hayley onto his lap. Kat smirks wiggling her eyebrows at Hayley and mouths that they needed to talk later, which causes Hayley blush deeply for some odd reason.

"So where's Liam? "Hayley asked noticing that their drummer Alex's cousin wasn't there? "Jeremy and Taylor go quiet for a moment, as they glance between each other not knowing how to explain that they had yet agan loss another band member.

"He quite, but we don't need him anyways, he was never that good of a drummer anyways." Taylor says as a matter of a fact.

"Are you serious Tay, we do need him. Performing at this party is probably our only shot at geeing a record deal. It seems like everytime we get a new drummer or lead gutarist, they just up and leave, for no good apparent reason. Did he even give an explanation of why he quite" Hayley asks fustrated. Taylor shakes his head no in response.

"Hey I'm your lead gutarist now, and im not leaving." Josh says somewhat offended.

"No offence babe, but your our fifth gutarist, and your still new to the band; who know how you will in the next year or even in the next few months."Hayley turns her head towards Josh giving him a sympathetic look. Of course Hayley never wanted Josh to ever leave the band, but her, Jeremy, and Taylor had been though this numerous times before. The band would be doing so well the suddenly the drummer or gutarist would quite.

"Well I'm not going any where, I promise." Josh tighten's his grip around Hayley's waist, pulling her back to lean agains his chest, where he then places a kiss on her neck. Hayley blushes bright red and turns away to avoid the look on her friends faces. Hayley had never been this way with any guy she's dated, so she was never been really good at showing her feelings to anyone, but some who she could with Josh.

An hour or two had passed and all that the group had done was a big load of nothing. The guys played video games on Jeremy's large flat screen, and ate a load of junk foods, while the girls sat back watching them and gossiped about them.

"Seriouely Hayles what were you and Josh doing out there for five hours?" Kat asked refering to the time Josh and Hayley spent out back to the old abandon houses after skipping school during their lunch period until six o'clock in the evening.

"We want all the details!" Sabrina squeeled louder then intended wich caused the guys to glances back that the three girls that had taked over Jeremy's entire king size bed.

"Seriously guys nothing happened. I showed Josh the house, then we fell asleep in my room because he was tired." Hayley smirked. Kat and Sabrina nods, dropping the subject for Hayley's sake. Though still the girls werent't weren't convinced that nothing happened, but they knew that if Hayley had something to tell them she would on her own time.

"Drinks, who want's drinks?" Mrs.Davis shouted, bursting into the room with a bottle of wiskey.

"Mom!" Jeremy snapped.

"Jearbare calm down, I just brought you guys up some refreshments." Mrs.Davis says holding up the bottel of wiskey and box of condoms. "You know back in my day, you couldn't trust teens alone, and here you guys are having a damn bible study." Mrs.Davis laughs .

"MOM GET OUT!" Jeremy shouted, snatching the bottle from his mother, before shoving her our of his room. However Mrs.Davis dosen't leave leave so easily. She opens the door again and says: "I'll just leave these here." She places the box of condoms on Jeremy's nightstand.

"MOM OUT!" Jeremy shouts once more, as he slams the door shut and makes sure that it's locked.

"Dude that was kind of harsh, If I had yelled at my mom that way I'd have to deal with my dad." Taylor says. Everyone agrees with Taylor.

"Yeah Jer, but I agree with you mom, we need to have some fun. I'd rather be making out with my hot boyfriend, than watch him play some stupid football game." Kat walks over to Jeremy placing a kiss on the corner of his lips before taking the wiskey bottle from his hand and taking a swig of it; then passes the bottle Sabrina who does the same, before passing the bottel to Hayley and so on until the bottle is in Josh's posession.

"I don't drink guys sorry." Josh says ready to pass the bottle back to Jeremy.

"I don't either, but it's only one sip." Hayley smirks walking over to Josh where she straddles his lap as he was now sitting on the small couch at the end of Jeremy's bed. Josh sighs bringing the bottel up to his nose, to get a smell, before taking a small sip.

"Not bad." Josh says taking another sip.

"Woah, slow down cowboy, you still have to go home tonight, and I don't think your grandmother would appreciate me getting you drunk.." Hayley smirks takes the bottle from Josh's hand, and takes another sip before passing the bottle back to Jeremy." After a few more shared drinks, the bottle was empty, and things begain to get way out of hand...Each couple in their own little world, doing things that they would never do if it wasn't for the alchole in their systems.

Hayley groaned waking up to the sound of something loud next to her head. Thinking it was her alarm clock next to her own bed Hayley reaches out to hit the snooz button, but instead she feels something warm underneith her fingers, something sightly soft but tone. Her eyes pop open and she shoot's up realizing what she was touching was another human body. "WHAT...THE...HELL?" Hayley glances around the room, trying to figuer out where in the hell she was.

"Then it hit her, she was still at Jeremy's house. She glances around the room again an notices the room was a completey mess. clothes were screwd all around the room, pillows on the floor and that's when she spotted her own t-shirt hanging from the lamp in the corner. Hayley signs in relief as she glancd down, to find that she was only topless, but still she didn't want her best friends to see her that way.

Quiet and carefully Hayley makes her way over to the corner to retieve her shirt. "Fuck she cursed under her beath, seeing that she couldn't reach it. Stretching as far as she could she still couldn't reach it. "Josh!" Hayley whispears tapping Josh shoulder."

"What?" Josh groans.

"I nees you to get my shirt."Josh doesn't reply, he had fallin back to sleep.

"Josh! Hayley gives Josh a harder shove.

"Whaaaaaaaat." Josh whines rubbing his sleepy eyes. Josh's eye's widen as he sees the sight of Hayley's toppless body, he then glances down at his body to make sure he was still clothed himself, and Just like Hayley he was only topless unlike their friends who seemed to have went all the way.

"Snap out of sherlock, yes I'm half naked, now can you please get my shirt down, before Tay of Jeremy wakes up." Hayley pointed at her shirt.

"It's stuck." Josh infroms Hayley on the obvious.

"Just pull it down." Joah tuggs on the shirt a few times, the finally he tugs it down, along with the tall lamp it's self.

"What the hell is going on?" Jeremy shoots up into a sitting position as does as everyone else in the room. Hayley gasps covering her exposed body with her hand.

"We should really get going, I'm sure are grandparent's are freaking out right now." Josh says.

"SHIT! HOLLY FUCK! I am so dead." Hayley quickly pulls on her shoes, before she and Josh rushes out of the Davis's home....
